Energy safely guided in high-speed injection moulding machine
Hekuma's high-performance automation systems for the plastics industry work with cycle times every second. For the energy supply of the grippers, this means that the first million strokes are achieved after just four to six weeks - and that with heat, high acceleration and movement in two axes. This is where our chainflex® cable and e-chain® prove their worth.
Swivel arm mounted maintenance-free in joining station
Produtek Weiskopf uses two neighbouring injection moulding machines in which plastic parts are injection moulded from three components. The assembly of the first two components is performed by a swivel arm in a joining station. Maintenance-free collar bearings made of iglidur® G material ensure that it moves smoothly at all times.
Smooth-running cable guides for measuring systems on the extruder
Pre-assembled readychain® energy chains are used in this series of measuring and control systems in blown film extrusion. The systems ensure a uniform width and thickness of the films produced with micrometre precision, which can be used in the food industry, for example. By using the pre-assembled systems, the customer saves costs in the three-digit range.
