In your automated quality control, the application checks, among other things, whether the watches reach the minimum running time. To do this, you use a room linear robot from igus® and a camera. This allows all clocks to be approached individually and checked using a camera image.
The test system at the end of the production line was put together using conventional means. An efficient solution for testing power supply units was required. This entire test cycle is now performed by the robot. The operator can carry out other activities during this time. The robot provides objective measurement results, which improves the quality of the test.
In order to measure the resistance force when cutting with professional kitchen knives, a measuring device has been constructed that makes it possible to make a consistent cut through a reference paper. The resistance force then indicates the condition of the blade and whether the blade needs to be reworked at a certain point.
