Problem

The consultation desks, for example, are cleverly designed because they are mobile and can be pushed invisibly into the wall units after work or when they are not needed. In order to supply the extended counters with data and power, a suitable cable guide was needed. Installed on the ceiling and clearly visible in the room, it needed to be flexible, easy to fill and visually appealing.

Solution

igus offered the perfect solution: the 3D e-chain triflex TRL, a variant of the triflex R series with an "easy" design, lightweight and cost-effective. Consisting of individual chain links, it can be shortened and lengthened with little effort. The cables can be pressed into the chain links from the outside, making retrofit or replacement very easy. In the special orange colour, the chain is also a decorative element in harmony with the colour concept of the interior.
