Harnessing and connectors

The harnessing of cables is a core competence of igus®. The cables are manufactured according to individual specifications or industrial standards. For cables, igus® uses highly flexible chainflex® cables, which are used in combination with well-known connector manufacturers such as Harting, Binder, TE Intercontec, Yamaichi and many others. On request, igus® also produces customised cables according to the application requirements (no minimum order quantity). A further advantage of igus® cable assemblies is the large selection of sheath materials, which are optimally matched to the respective application and can therefore save costs.

readychain® is an innovative concept from igus® that improves efficiency and reliability in cable assembly and energy chain systems. It offers pre-assembled cable and hose packages that are specially customised to your requirements. By using readychain® systems, you save time and labour when harnessing on site. All in all, readychain® offers an efficient solution for cable assembly and helps to optimise production processes.
