In a rolling machine for aluminium profiles for the production of truck mudguards, steel bearings were previously used for the lifting system of the pressure roller. As these always had to be lubricated and worked imprecisely, they were replaced by completely lubrication-free drylin® W linear rails and iglidur ® Z bearings.

Jaguar Cars Limited needed to find a new cable routing for the automated industrial robots in a car factory. The previous solution with hoses caused a lot of downtime as the hoses fell into the robot's working area. The newly installed triflex® RS universal module, on the other hand, retracts the cables with every movement.

In a retrofit process, all axes of a 6-axis robot were equipped with multidimensionally movable energy chains.
