10 years of success in handling systems

Under the motto "Lifting and moving with ease", the mostly customised handling systems from HUSCH Handhabungstechnik GmbH are used in a wide range of industries, but primarily in the automotive, food and glass industries, where they are used in particular in assembly, production and packaging.
The various hand-guided telescopic, parallel or cable manipulators are designed, developed and produced on site in Höhenkirchen and are based - depending on the system - on a stand, a mobile base plate or a console for fixed or moveable attachment to the ceiling.
In wheel assembly or in harsh foundry environments, for example, the solutions take on complex tasks for load guidance, positioning and moving products that have to be realised in confined spaces and can involve movements of several axes.
HUSCH handling technology always places the highest demands on quality, reliability and maximum flexibility in its solutions. All components of the manipulators and load handling attachments must have a long service life, be highly robust and completely maintenance-free so that customers can concentrate fully on their operations.

Today, our products and services help the customers of HUSCH Handhabungstechnik GmbH to produce high-quality and durable equipment. For more than 10 years, a wide variety of e-chain® as well as linear and rotary bearing elements have been used in the machine specialist's hand-guided manipulators and load handling devices.
E2/000 series energy chains can be found in hood handling or on telescopic manipulators, e-chain® type E2 mini for the precise mounting of drive axles or the triflex® multi-axis energy chain on highly dynamic manipulators for lifting or bolting applications in the underfloor area. The
bearing products used are primarily iglidur® G and Z plain bearings,  PRT slewing ring bearings but also rail systems such as drylin® Q square guideways.
The manufacturer decided in favour of the systems because they can operate without failure in the long term and therefore increase service life, but are also reliable and in harsh working environments and are robust completely lubrication and maintenance-free. In addition, they always guarantee smooth running and ease of movement.
CEO Lorenz Humpel also sees other advantages that speak in favour of the solutions: "igus® is always 'up to date' and was already able to score points 10 years ago when we founded the company with functionality as well as excellent CAD integration. We directly use the CAD models provided and also the online configurator."
